Book of Remembrance Yizkor Book Order Form

As part of the observance of Yom Kippur, we will create a Yizkor Book, which will be emailed to members. Printed copies will also be available at the Synagogue. It is traditional at the Yizkor Service to recall our dear ones who have departed. If you would like to have your loved one(s) included in our Yizkor Book, please complete the form below and return by Thursday, September 7, 2023. A donation in honor of those who have departed is customary. The names in this book will be displayed on screen as well as read at the Yizkor Service held at 5:00 pm (MST) on Yom Kippur, September 25, 2023. We honor the memory of each and every name.
