Administrative SIG - These SIG members will work in concert with the treasurer to assure reimbursement remittances are submitted, and to complete the process for sending out membership renewals. In addition, personal phone calls to new members to help explain the role of Havurah and welcome participation is believed to be essential in activating new members in a meaningful way.
Spiritual and Religious Events SIG - These SIG members will organize events to support spiritually based activities (former examples: Hanukkah gathering, women’s seder, Pesach related activity) or other recommendations/interests that arise.
Informal Social Gatherings SIG - These SIG members will field ideas and requests for gatherings held for social and informal purposes. We recognize the value of interpersonal events held for fun and connection. These events will be held at the discretion of this SIG and is intended to reinforce the positive experience of Women’s Havurah to gather together and enjoy one another’s company.
