Mitzvah Day is back! You are invited to participate in this community-based, interfaith, inter-generational day of service to local organizations. Mitzvah Day is organized by the JCSVV Synagogue with participation by local churches and civic and philanthropic groups.
Volunteers will sign in at the JCSVV on Sunday, October 29th from 12:30 to 1:00 pm, and get name tags with the Mitzvah Day logo. Rabbi Alicia Magal will offer a few words of blessing. Then volunteers will proceed to their work sites, and perform their good deeds.
Return to the synagogue at 4:00 pm (if you can) for the closing ceremony.
