Adult Jewish Education Committee

The Adult Education Committee’s goal is to provide our members with a wide variety of educational programs to stimulate learning and discussion amongst our members. Our committee members often act as the stimulus for our programming ideas. We meet monthly to discuss possible programs including historical, social and creative topics in a warm, collegial atmosphere.

We also bring in relevant outside speakers on pertinent and timely topics. Donations from temple members to the AJE speaker fund help to pay the honorariums that permit this to happen.

The AJE always welcomes new members who are interested in sharing ideas for new educational programs. If you are interested in learning more about becoming a committee member, please contact Adult Jewish Education Chair, Richard Witlin at .  There is no obligation for committee members to personally lead programs or to engage in public speaking. It is your creativity and ideas for classes that we seek most of all.
